Originally launched as the experimental offshoot of Jack's Abby Craft Lagers, this project focused on pushing the boundaries of fermentation through an extensive barrel-aging program. Based in Framingham, they were celebrated for their complex wild ales, tart fruit sours, and creative IPAs that diverged from their parent company's lager-only focus.
