Operating inside the Northern Outdoors Adventure Resort, this brewpub has been a destination for white-water rafters and outdoor enthusiasts since 1996. The brewery uses pure Kennebec Valley water to craft a variety of ales, many of which are named after local rapids. The rustic lodge setting offers a full-service dining experience with a massive fieldstone fireplace and views of the surrounding Maine woods.
