Elicit's original location, opened in 2019, fills the restored 1864 Adams Paper Mill with a brewhouse, beer hall, craft cocktail bar, lounge and arcade. The kitchen turns out smash burgers, pizzas, tacos and wings, while the taps lean on hazy and double IPAs, brown ales and lagers next to guest drafts and ciders. Bands and DJs take over on weekend nights, with music bingo and themed trivia filling the weeknights.
