Housed in the historic 1870s H.H. Richardson building, this landmark destination was famous for using the city's central steam system to power its brewing kettles. It successfully blended a massive multi-level restaurant with an iconic comedy club, serving as a pillar of downtown Hartford’s social scene for decades. While the brewpub recently ceased operations, its flagship Naughty Nurse pale ale continues to be produced and distributed through partner brewing.
