Abandon Brewing occupies a restored 1800s barn on 25 acres of vineyards, orchards and hops above Keuka Lake. The property was derelict when it was bought in 2010, and local Mennonite builders rebuilt the barn and farmhouse; AJ Noto and Sarah Struzzi-Noto now run the brewery. Most ingredients come from within fifty miles, the process water is heated geothermally, and the seasonal lineup spans English porters, German lagers, Belgian ales, IPAs and barrel-aged beers.
