The brewery closed its original Grove Street taproom in February 2024 to prepare for a move to a new downtown Franklin location (opening TBD). During this transition, they maintain an active presence through 'The Cellar' seasonal beer garden in Wrentham and regional residencies.

Founded in 2020 by Olivier Edouard, this veteran and minority-owned microbrewery is dedicated to stretching the boundaries of craft beer while honoring classic styles. Named after the ideal temperature for serving ale, the brewery has become a community staple known for its diverse lineup of New England IPAs and Belgian-inspired ales.
