6 Acres Farm Brewery opened in 2019 as an offshoot of Behling Orchards, a Mexico, NY family farm dating to 1947 and now in its fifth generation; the name comes from the six acres the farm began on. Head brewer Jenna, who started as a homebrewer, works the orchard's apples, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries into many of the beers, and recipes lean on New York-grown hops, grain, honey and maple.
